What to expect?

Arrive to your first appointment 10 to 15 minutes early to make sure you have all of the necessary paperwork filled out. Then you'll have a 1 hour evaluation which will assess your current condition and likely provide you with exercises and treatment to help you start moving better and STRONGER.
