We may be in a crossfit gym, but we don't treat crossfitters exclusively. We treat anyone who has a musculoskeletal impairment.

What is a musculoskeletal impairment?

it means non optimal function of muscles and bones. This can be ligaments, tendons, and even nerves like those associated with "sciatica".

Individualized assessments and treatment.

At Fuerza PT, we use a range of different assessment tools. This can include: a biomechanical, neurological, strength and range of motion assessment.

We also incorporate the Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA).

Do you need a doctor's prescription or referral?

No. In Oregon a law was passed that allows direct access to physical therapy. This means that you can come directly to a physical therapy clinic if you have a musculoskeletal injury. However, some insurance companies may require a referral or authorization. If that's the case, we'll work with you and your doctor to get you covered!

Does Fuerza PT accept insurance?

Yes. Check out our New Patient page for an updated list of our in-network insurances. If you're insurance is not on our list, give us a call anyway. We can do a benefits check and let you know what your out of network benefits are.
